- – The app ContiCast is a virtual guidance or tool to understand various continuous casting parameters. It helps understand the causes of defects and probable remedies of continuous casting of steel billets / blooms or slabs.
- – Every continuous casting machine has different machine constants, design parameters, operating parameters, metal chemistries, etc. Hence, this app is just a guidance to understand the defects and probable remedies which may help to reduce the casting defect.
